For you, the benefits are all about clarity and convenience. You can get instant service quotations, see real-time workshop availability, and choose from clear service descriptors so you know exactly what you’re booking. No waiting around, no guesswork.

The new system is also smarter when it comes to quotes. You’ll receive digital quotations with multiple options where appropriate. For example, if your chain is worn, you might also need a new cassette or chainrings – or maybe you won’t. The portal allows us to show these possibilities clearly, so you can decide what’s right for your bike and budget.

Communication is smoother too. If you leave a mobile number, our built-in SMS messaging service lets you communicate directly with the mechanic and receive status updates as your job progresses. We can also attach images and videos to digital job cards, helping explain any issues or work carried out – because a picture really does paint a thousand words.

When it comes to payment, you can pay in advance of collection using your preferred method, including; Visa, Mastercard or Amex, through a secure Stripe-powered checkout.

And there’s a long-term benefit as well. Over time, as your bike comes back for annual servicing and repairs, the system builds a digital service book for each bike. That means you can see your bike’s full service history without the faff of keeping track of paper receipts.
